The Payroll Customer Service Representative provides standard and routine payroll support typically involving maintenance and/or answering questions. Requires an understanding of basic payroll practices and system navigation knowledge. Incumbents will apply industry and professional standards, AutoZone policy and procedure, federal and state laws and other regulations as well as provide administrative and / or clerical support. This role is heavily involved in direct AutoZoner customer service support in the form of call and email inquiry interactions and resolutions.
