CHAPTER CELEBRATION EVENT
September 4, 2025 (Thursday)
5:30 PM - 8:30 PM CT
Owen Brennan's Restuarant (Royal Room)
Approved for 1 RCH
TOPIC: Beyond the Paycheck: A Focus on Well-Being:
The high-stakes, detail-oriented nature of payroll work can lead to significant stress. When payroll professionals are dealing with stress, anxiety, or burnout, their focus and attention to detail can suffer. The payroll function is not just about numbers and compliance, but is a critical driver of employee well-being and, by extension, business success. We will explore how prioritizing mental wellness can help mitigate these pressures and lead to better outcomes for both the team and the organization.
SPEAKER: LaDedria Penn
LaDedria “Level Up” Penn is a dynamic speaker, change agent, and entrepreneur on a mission to inspire growth, healing, and purpose. As a suicide loss survivor, she has transformed her own pain into a powerful platform for resilience and restoration. The founder of B2G Enterprises, LaDedria empowers individuals to rise above challenges, find their purpose, and live boldly.
Menu Items (buffet style):

Seasonal Fruits and Spinach Dip
