Preventing Payroll Fraud - Payroll is one of the most sensitive and high-risk areas of any organization—and when fraud occurs, it often comes from within. This presentation will equip you with the knowledge and tools to detect red flags, implement strong internal controls, and create a culture of accountability. You’ll explore real-world case studies, learn how to identify common schemes such as ghost employees, time theft, and unauthorized changes, and discover practical strategies to safeguard payroll operations.
