~~~Purchase and begin reading Payroll Org's The Payroll Source (https://ebiz.payroll.org/ebusiness/ProductCatalog/Product.aspx?ID=6067&utm_source=CategoryPage)
~~~Get a calculator that you will use for the test
~~~Download and read the FPC or CPP Handbook as soon as possible.

~~~If you know for certain that you will take the exam in the Fall window, register and pay for the exam as early as possible so that you have a better selection of test dates and times. (https://payroll.org/certification/certification/certification-faq)
