Memphis Chapter Hosts the 2014 Tennessee Statewide Payroll Conference
In 2014, the Memphis APA Chapter will host the TN Statewide Payroll Conference. As part of this process, the Memphis Chapter needs to select a theme for the conference. The theme is the focus for the conference events including the Thursday evening dinner and the vendor game.

Past state conference themes include:
2011: the Chattanooga Chapter hosted the annual conference and based it on the “Mysteries of Payroll” theme. A regular ‘who done it’ evening event included a dinner held at a local dinner theatre where the play was a murder mystery. The vendor game included gathering clues to solve a payroll mystery.
2012: the Nashville Chapter hosted the event with a “Pirates of Payroll” theme based on the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. The evening event included a costume contest. The vendor game required attendees to collect names of items you would associate with pirates.
